Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) is a scheme of the Government of India for model residential schools serving Scheduled Tribe (ST) students across the country. It was established by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs and the schools are administered by the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS).
EMRS Parda Chundawat is one of the functional Eklavya Model Residential Schools in Rajasthan. The school follows the CBSE curriculum from Class VI to Class XII and provides free residential education to Scheduled Tribe students — with attention to academic excellence, personality development, sports, digital learning, leadership, cultural heritage and life skills.
Eklavya Model Residential Schools are a flagship intervention of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, providing quality residential education to Scheduled Tribe students from Class VI to Class XII in remote areas — so that they can reach the best opportunities in education and stand on equal footing with the general population. The programme has been in operation since 1998 and was revamped in 2018–19 to widen its reach and improve facilities.

To hold a strong record in the CBSE board examinations at Class X and Class XII. To prepare students for competitive examinations and higher study. EMRS was set up so that students from Scheduled Tribe communities in remote areas can compete for higher and professional education on equal terms. Admission notices for each session are published on the notification board.
